Cubility shipped the first fully electrical PureCubes
We’ve just shipped a new set of PureCube units from our Sandnes, Norway facility. This time the units are fully electrical with no need for compressed air supply. They are tailor made for a mobile Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operation that will revolutionize the market!
Our PureCube units boast advanced separation technology, efficiently managing drilling fluids, cuttings, and sludge. With a unique combination of a rotating filterbelt, continuous vacuum, and microvibration, they maximize high quality fluids reclamation while ensuring dry solids and a clean operation.
Key benefits:
Sustainability: Supports environmentally sensitive HDD practices by reducing waste volume and enabling liquid reuse.
Cost Savings: Reduced need for consumption of drilling fluids and lower waste disposal costs.
Safety: Enhanced workplace safety with operation under negative pressure.
Urban area operation: Low noise level simplify urban area operation
Productivity: Continuous processing and recycling for uninterrupted operations.
