The MudCube is the first fully enclosed, lightweight solids control and separation system, designed for use across oil & gas, mining, and industrial applications. It replaces traditional shale shakers and conventional filtration technologies, while using only a fraction of the G-forces, minimizing particle degradation and preventing the generation of fines during the separation process.
At the core of the MudCube technology is a rotating filter belt combined with high airflow and micro-vibration, enabling efficient and continuous separation of solids from liquids. This approach delivers superior performance, reduced waste, and lower CO₂ emissions, while also promoting a safer and healthier working environment.
The MudCube is available in both:
- Ex-certified versions for hazardous environments (e.g., oil & gas)
- Non-Ex versions for industrial applications (e.g., wastewater treatment, mining, sludge dewatering)
