CubeBelt
CubeBelt
Cubility’s CubeBelt technology takes filterbelt separation to a new level. The filterbelt is manufactured using 316L stainless steel, enabling it to handle almost any type of fluid, often under conditions where other technologies fail.
The origins of the CubeBelt technology in the oil and gas sector enable it to meet separation challenges that other sectors have not previously achieved. CubeBelt complements other Cube technology products offered by Cubility.
Cubility’s CubeBelt® technology takes filterbelt design to a new level. Manufactured using 316L stainless steel, together with geometric filter structure, provides high mechanical strength, superb filtration capability, high capacity and excellent chemical resistance. When compared to fibre-based filter materials made of paper, plastic or other, our design is entirely uniform throughout the entire filterbelt area. This enabling it to handle almost any type of fluid, often under conditions where other technologies fail.
The CubeBelt® is manufactured under a strict quality management system, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The choice of material, its quality and processing are crucial for the properties of the wire mesh product. Certain requirements in term of function, stability and safety as well as economic efficiency can only be met by certain materials, depending on the environment. We have strict control of all aspects in the various stages of production to ensure quality, from selecting the most suitable wire to producing the final filterbelt product.
Thanks to its lightweight and unique Dual-Locking Velcro system, the CubeBelt® can quickly and easily be changed on our MudCube and PureCube machines, thus allowing changes in filtration size within 3-4 minutes. Cubility carries a variety of different CubeBelt types/apertures on stock ranging from API 20 to API 325 ( 45 to 850 micron) (and even larger based on request) filtration meshes.
Built-in filterbelt cleaning through our onboard powerful air-knifes, means no manual high pressure washing procedures are required. Optional water-knife for cold or hot water cleaning of the belt is a an accessory for separation processes involving organics. Discharged or filtrate water is often used for powering the water-knifes for belt rinsing & cleaning.
The origins of the CubeBelt® technology in the oil and gas sector enable it to meet liquid-solid separation challenges in most industries.
