Our Cubebelt: an engineering marvel

Cubebelt used for separation of all kind of liquid-solids.

Producing our Cubebelt is no ordinary process—it’s an engineering marvel that involves precision, patience, and top-tier materials. Here’s a glimpse at the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into every belt.

It all starts with selecting ultra-fine stainless steel threads, so thin that at a human hair is thick in comparison! We ensure the exact specifications are available and making sure every wire is perfect in dimension, length, and number.

From there, it’s time to prepare the warp—each one stretching out to a remarkable 800-1600 meters – a job that takes days or weeks depending on the mesh being produced.

Once the warp is on the loom, weaving begins. With only a few looms capable of weaving our meshes, it’s a race against time, as it may take several weeks to create a single warp of 1600 meters. The finer the mesh, the more intricate the weaving, and the longer it takes—each Cubebelt is a masterpiece of precision!

Finally, the woven mesh is carefully assembled to complete CubeBelts. Finer mesh isn’t just a feat of engineering—it also increases material and weaving costs, underscoring the value and durability of each Cubebelt.

Cubility’s Cubebelt isn’t just a filter—it’s the product of dedication, specialized technology, and precision, crafted to bring performance to a whole new level.
