Improved fluid separation

MudCube® improves drilling fluid separation by delivering cleaner drilling mud and dryer cuttings through high airflow across a rotating filter belt. Operating with one-tenth of the G-force used by conventional shale shakers, MudCube prevents the generation of fines, improving mud quality, drilling performance and overall well efficiency.

Extended rig life

MudCube delivers higher mud quality with significantly fewer low-gravity solids, reducing abrasive wear on pumps, drill tools and downhole equipment. Combined with minimal vibration and a single rotating filter belt, this lowers mechanical stress, reduces energy consumption, extends tool life and contributes to longer rig equipment lifetime.

Improved Work Environment

The fully enclosed MudCube system significantly reduces exposure to noise, oil mist, and hazardous gases such as H₂S and benzene, while operating with minimal vibration. This improves safety and working conditions on the rig floor compared with conventional shale shaker operations.
