Gunnar Hviding – Chairman of the Board since 2014
The board is committed to support the team of CUBILITY in delivering unique technology for improved work environment, reduced environmental impact and cost reductions to the oil and gas industry.
Former President and CEO of the previously listed Roxar ASA and the former President and CEO of listed Crudecorp ASA. Prior to joining Roxar in 2002, Mr. Hviding served in senior management positions in Scandinavian industries, hereunder HansaBorg and Orkla. Hviding also has petroleum experience from Shell Internationale Petroleum Maatschappij.
Mr. Hviding holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD.
Bill Wright – Vice Chairman since 2014
Mr. Wright has spent more than three decades in the oil and gas business most recently with Schlumberger where he was Vice President of Sales. As Vice President Sales he was responsible for the sales function, for all of Schlumberger,16 VP’s of sales and more than 5000 people globally, representing all the SLB business lines. Mr. Wright started his career with Schlumberger 1978 working all around the world. He spent five years seconded to Amoco then BP Amoco, where his responsibilities included applied R&D projects in the drilling domain and the introduction of new technology, techniques and best practices around the world. He returned to Schlumberger in 2001 and held key leadership roles throughout the Schlumberger marketing and technology organization, both geographic, technology and client-focused, specific Vice President positions. He brings a broad knowledge of the oil and gas business and the technologies both needed and used around the world.
Marcus Billman – Member of the Board since 2014
Senior Industry Expert at West Park Management Services
Marcus joined from Sun European Partners, where he worked as an operating partner and managing director. He has extensive private equity and operational experience over a thirty-year career and has worked as CEO at private equity portfolio companies Balta Industries and Thorn Lighting. Marcus has also worked at Alcoa CSI Europe and spent 14 years in various management positions at Tetra Pak globally.
Antti Grønlund – Member of the Board since 2019
Investment Advisory Professional
Antti joined Triton from EGM LLP (First Reserve Momentum) where he was a Director focusing on Energy Equipment and Services investments. Previously, he held private equity investment roles at First Reserve and Quadrangle Capital Partners. He began his career at JP Morgan working in London and New York. Antti has an MSc Degree from the Helsinki School of Economics (‘HSE’) and a CEMS Management Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics/HSE, in addition to having completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
