This is the MudCube
The MudCube is the first fully enclosed, lightweight solid control system for all types of drilling fluids. It replaces the traditional shale shaker, but only uses one tenth of the G-forces and avoid generating fines in the filtration process. The MudCube primary solids control technology separates solids and liquid using light vibration with high air flow through a rotating filterbelt to separate all types of drilling fluids from drilled solids. This results in improved performance while creating a healthy working environment.

The MudCube outperforms the traditional shale shaker in most aspects. The high air flow through the filterbelt enhance the solids separation giving dryer cuttings and maximizes the reclaim of drilling fluids. The rotating filterbelt allows the MudCube to reduce the G-force exposure of the solids to one tenth of a shale shaker preventing fines to be generated in the solids separation process. All this while protecting the workers from extreme noise levels and harmful vapors which you typically find in a shaker operation. The MudCube creates real customer value and reduce the environmental footprint.
Dewatering
The MudCube is gradually gaining traction in applications outside the oil and gas industry. Headed by our partners, New Tech Solids in Canada (http://www.newtechsolids.com/) and Conhur in Australia (https://www.conhur.com/), several use cases are now being demonstrated.
